Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are set at $9.95 CAD for orders under $99 before taxes. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping. However, depending on the size, weight, or destination of an order, additional fees may apply and will be communicated to the customer if necessary prior to shipping.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on product availability and current order volume. During peak periods, such as promotions or special events, processing and delivery times may be extended. During these high-demand periods, the total delivery time may take up to 21 business days.

Carriers and Delivery

Orders may be shipped via various carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, GLS, or any other delivery partner available depending on the region. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

Delivery Liability

As soon as the package is handled by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or delivery errors. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and collect it within the required timeframe.

Delivery Zone

Shipping is currently offered within Canada only. Any order originating from outside this zone will be automatically declined or refunded.

Delays and Exceptional Situations

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, high order volumes, or carrier constraints.
