Refund policy

General Principle

We aim to provide a satisfying shopping experience. However, returns and refunds are governed by specific conditions to ensure fair and efficient processing of all requests.

Return Eligibility

An item may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order only if the product received is incorrect, defective, or presents an issue related to its quality, packaging, or compliance. All requests must be validated by our customer service team before the return is sent.

Ineligible Products

Certain items cannot be returned, including food products, final sale items, as well as any product that does not meet the original condition requirements at the time of return.

Return Process

All return requests must be submitted to our customer service department to obtain prior authorization. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected before final approval for a refund or exchange is granted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing is handled on a weekly basis, which may result in additional delays depending on when the return is received. In certain cases, a refund may be issued as store credit if the return conditions are not fully met.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not processed. In all cases, a new order must be placed after the return of the initial item has been approved.

Fees and Responsibilities

Fees may apply if a return does not comply with established conditions or if an error is made by the customer, notably in cases of an incorrect address or failure to collect a parcel.
