Pros:-cheaper than smart sweets & other competitors-very high in fiber (higher than other competitors)-lower calories than competitors yet same size bag (50g)-good variety of flavoursCons:-unpleasant aftertaste caused by artifical sweetner (not a fan of stevia as its a balancing act between not enough or too much)-candy is rather soft for a gummy bear (sugar coated bears are firmer)-candies without the sugar coating are sticky-the "extreme sour" candy is more bitter and acidic than sour. Acidicty does not equate sourness (the sour cherry is far more pleasant)-limited to gummy bears--------------------------Reviews on specific flavours [in order of worst to best]:Blue Raspberry: The worst by far, and downright gross. The blue raspberry flavour is much weaker compared to other flavours and what is there tastes medicinal. The worst part is the aftertaste; which takes like blood. Considering this has 0% iron that taste is definitely coming from something else.Extreme Sour: More acidic and bitter than sour. The flavours are somewhat overwhelmed by this.Peach: The flavour is pretty good, but the gummy is softer than the other already soft gummies making for a less-than-ideal experience. There is also an unusual taste from the gummy that the artificial flavour can't quite mask.Raspberry: The flavour is solid but again the soft gummy takes away from the experience.Watermelon: This candy is slightly firmer than some of the other flavours and is one of the better candies with its flavour.Pineapple: The flavour is nice and solid and the flavour well masks any aftertaste.Sour Cherry: This candy is firmer than the others, and the flavour is solid. This candy is my personal favourite.
